Ben Franklin
CEO
Ben transitioned to real estate after an 18 year career in the currency sales and trading divisions of top-tier global investment banks. He has a Bachelors in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Information Technology.
Originally from the UK, Ben is now based in Austin, TX, with his wife and two children.
Dustin Lapacka
Investment Committee & Advisory
Dustin has been investing in multifamily real estate since 2014 with equity in more than 1800 units in Texas, Ohio and Arizona. Dustin also own retail commercial properties.
Dustin holds a BS in Professional Aeronautics and a MS in Aviation Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
Mike Hardage

Mike started investing in real estate in 1983, and has been a sponsor or investor in more than 50 multifamily deals, totaling over 9000 units and over $750m in acquisition costs.
Mike is a seasoned real estate investor and serial entrepreneur. He holds both a BSEE and MSEE in electrical/biomedical engineering from Rice University, holds multiple patents and generated many peer review articles in medical and scientific journals.
